"we" and "the company" refers to PinkSunday.

"you" and "yourself" refers throughout this site to the customer who places an order.

 

1.  Samples

  • We offer 2 free samples.
  • Susequent samples are charged at £1.50 each - this cost will be refunded if an order is placed - the sample cost will be deducted from the final cost of order.

2.  Designs

  • Due to the nature of the materials used small variations may occur in the designs

3.  Ordering

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your oder.  Full payment is required for orders below £100 or if requires in less than 6 weeks.  You will be notified when your balance is due.
  • Proofs will be processed on clearance of payment.
  • It is possible to add to your intial order but we recommend ordering all stationery at the same time to ensure consistency of design.
  • We recommend ordering a few extra wedding and evenig invitations and place cards (if ordering without names) to allow for handwriting errors.

4.  Proofs

  • Once printed any mistakes cannot be rectified without a charge.
  • The proof reading will be the client's responsibility.
  • Any errors made by PinkSunday will be rectified free of charge.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect spelling on invitations and accessories if transcribed correctly from your originals.
  • Upon receipt of your order, along with deposit each piece of stationaery will be sent to you for your approval.
  • You will need to thoroughly check sign and return these to us, as this will be your confirmation that all the details are correct.

5.  Payment

  • We have 2 payment options:

                      1.  PayPal

                      2.  Cheque

  • The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks before dispatch of the order.  Wedding stationery will only be dispatched once the final balance has been paid.
  • Please do not send cash through the post.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.  Your deposit secures the price of items at the time of ordering.

6.  Delivery

  • Orders will be sent using Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or courier service depending on the size and weight of package.
  • A signature will be required on delivery.
  • The standard delivery charge quoted is applied to all orders.

7.  Cancellation

  • We require cancellation of orders in writing.
  • In the event of cancellation all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.

8.  Copyright

  • Pink Sunday cannot be held responsible for obtaining copyright permission for the use of hymns in the Order of Service.

9.  Privacy

  • We are committed to ensuring your privacy and do not under any circumstances share or sell names or any other information about you to any other person or business.
  • We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
